A leading gaming company is looking for an Office Manager.
Essential Job Functions:
Partner with Human Resources to deliver various policies, procedures, initiatives, standards and regulations and effective communications to employees and management.
The first point of contact for employees, candidates, guest, and suppliers on all office aspects.
In conjunction with Talent Acquisition Team coordinate interviews and welcoming candidates.
Provide support services to the employees of the Israel office, including different HR and facilities software, travel management and expense administration.
Maintain inventory of office and cafeterias supplies.
Manage relationship with vendors, facilities, utilities and IT.
Assist in planning and organizing company culture events and company retreats.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree preferred.
3+ years experience as Office Manager/ Administration Manager / PA.
1 or more years of supporting HR policies and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and a team player.
Strong oral and written communication skills (Hebrew and English).
Time management and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple competing deadlines.
High level of integrity and strict adherence to protecting confidential information.
Advanced proficiency of MS Office products.
