Required Office Manager.
Responsibilities:
Office Reception-Provide admin support to the employees and visitors. Make sure they get the best service.
Ensure the offices day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Take over all office management responsibilities including maintenance, supplies, equipment, bills, shopping, etc.
Work closely with the finance department and provide back office support.
Manage working hours tracking process.
Support the recruiting cycle process.
Plan and execute company events and employee welfare projects.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree.
Experience in an administrative role (possible from the army service as well).
Great organizational and time management skills.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make things happen.
Ability to work independently. Self-starter.
People person, service-oriented, energetic and friendly.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Hebrew and in English.
