Location: More than one
A global high-tech company requires a Customer Support Representative to support various organizational processes.
* The position is suitable for candidates who want to be part of challenging role that includes service and organizational process support.
As part of the job:
Providing solutions and support on organizational systems for employees and managers in Israel, Europe and the USA.
Performing tests and controls.
Work and conduct in global interfaces.
* The work is on shifts, and includes work on weekends and evenings.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree - mandatory.
High level English (speaking, reading and writing) - mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of OFFICE software systems.
Additional languages - advantage.
Previous experience in customer service or telephone support - advantage.
Customer service oriented, team work ability, order and organization and independent management skills are required.
