KMS Lighthouse is looking for an excellent Sales Development Representative to join and lead our sales development department.
We are looking for a professional and experienced individual with strong organizational and follow up skills who works well in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Engage and qualify leads to create pipeline for our sales managers through cold calling to targeted accounts.
Work closely with the global sales and marketing teams to track lead performance and analysis of campaigns and approaches which are most successful.
Help create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory (Europe and North America).
Manage, research and build new and existing pipeline using cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns and other advanced tools to bring leads.
Requirements:
High English level.
Previous Experience with SDR/BDR Role.
Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual.
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
Excellent time management/organizational skills.
More languages knowledge - an advantage.
Experience in SaaS sales an advantage.
Experience with HubSpot an advantage.
