As a Technical Support specialist, you will help Transforming the Electronics Industry with Innovative PCB Design Software
Responsibilities
The majority of time will be spent troubleshooting both internal and external customer requests via the phone, email and web.
Be a voice for our customers within Systematics by providing insight into the customer experience.
Will be responsible for: identifying and implementing ideas for process and policy improvements; writing and reviewing solutions; and participating on cross-functional teams
Requirements: A student at a faculty of Electrical Engineering (year 2 or 3)
Experience in working with Printed Circuit Board (PCB) an advantage
Wiling to work Part-time at the company's offices in Tel Aviv
