The company offers a revolutionary solution for advanced IT Systems Management through an innovative SaaS platform - AimBetter - which performs an in-depth analysis of the IT systems environment, including the database and the web server layers, the operating systems, and the various hardware components 24/7, identifying errors and providing recommendations for troubleshooting in Real-Time.
If you have excellent presentation skills, a passion for technical subjects, and are customer-oriented, you may be the right person to join us.
As part of the job, you will:
Provide Technical Support for the AimBetter system (installations, upgrades, reports, etc.) on client servers.

Ability to develop high-level training and presentation content (technical and marketing) - mandatory
Highly customer-oriented - a must
Full-time availability with the flexibility to work hours beyond 8 AM 5 PM, integrating into the team and providing services in routine and emergencies 24/7.
Languages English native speaking, reading, and writing. Hebrew, Spanish, others - advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player with self-learning ability and a proactive approach
Independent and able to quickly adapt to new technologies
Punctuality, thoroughness, responsibility, organizational skills and initiative
Knowledge and experience in operating and maintaining Windows, Linux operating systems, and infrastructure products advantage
Knowledge and experience with SQL - advantage
NOC experience - advantage
Microsoft Office Suite mandatory
