Were growing fast and looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team at Unitask.
As part of our CSM team, youll be a trusted advisor to clients driving adoption, delivering business value, and ensuring customer success throughout their journey.
What youll do:
Own relationships with key clients and serve as their primary point of contact.
Lead onboarding processes for new accounts and design tailored success programs.
Deliver webinars, consultations, and business reviews (QBR/EBR).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Implementation, PS, Support, AM, Dev).
Leverage data insights to identify risks, opportunities, and growth potential.
Requirements: What you bring:
2+ years in Customer Success / Account Management / Consulting (B2B/SaaS).
Excellent communication presentation skills with all levels of stakeholders.
Native/fluent Hebrew strong English (written spoken).
Business-oriented mindset ability to translate needs into workflows/solutions.
High ownership, adaptability, and energy in a dynamic environment.
Advantage: experience in consulting / advisory roles.
BA/BS degree - advantage.
Location: Center (Hybrid)
