What You'll Do:
Act as a main focal point for any companys salesforce needs and challenges
Design and customize salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
Lead end-to-end salesforce implementations and enhancement projects
Develop complex Apex classes and Lightning components
Manage data migration, system integration and user adoption processes
Mentor junior developers and collaborate with stakeholders
Requirements: B.Sc in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I& II)
3+ years of hands-on salesforce implementation and development experience
Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical solutions
Proven experience in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components development
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integration
Experience with JavaScript frameworks, in particulary LWC.
Expertise in data migration, integration, and user adoption strategies
