The5ers, a leading fintech company based in Israel, is looking for Customer Support Agent to join our growing team
What Youll Do:
Resolve and address any customer's concerns and issues related to their accounts.
Act as a strategic advisor, establishing trust and advocating for client needs across departments.
Respond to customer inquiries via email promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer concerns with patience, empathy, and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding traders' accounts and our financial products.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Identify and escalate high-priority issues to the appropriate teams.
Meet performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements: 1+ years of experience in a customer support role within a fintech or financial services company Must
Native-level English Must
Flexibility in working hours and ability to support the team across different time zones
Strong ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
Problem-solving mindset with a professional approach
Knowledge of financial markets, trading, or forex A big advantage
Familiar with the ticketing system
Team player
