We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced QA team lead to join our Quality Assurance team in Tel Aviv!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, promoting a culture of high quality and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement QA testing strategies for web applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing methodologies using DevTools, Postman, and other relevant technologies.
- Manage the creation, execution, and maintenance of TEST cases and TEST plans.
- Monitor testing outcomes and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and regulations.

- Proven experience in web testing and Quality Assurance.
- Proficient with Developer tools such as DevTools and Postman.
- Technical knowledge of Git, including branches and version control best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
- Familiar in JavaScript
- Familiar with Testim IO- adventage
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a QA leadership role.
