Job description
- Act as the Ecommerce representative in defining and planning all projects to ensure the effectiveness and consistency of all delivered experiences.
- Manage the Ecommerce DTC team members and plan their activities in accordance with the defined Operating Plan (OP).
- Ensure a seamless experience and optimized purchasing path from call-to-action elements to landing pages.
- Coordinate the definitions and integration of all customer journeys, product launches, and digital campaigns into the content management system (including copy, visuals, banners, etc.)
- Define, plan, and activate eMerchandising activities through cross-selling, upselling, and eCustomer Relationship Management (eCRM) strategies.
- Collaborate with the Customer Relations Center (CRC) to anticipate peaks in customer requests, manage customer complaints, and coordinate with the Supply Chain to ensure a
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Ecommerce operations or product management.
Strong experience in web mastering and Ecommerce platform management (including Content Management, Merchandising, A/B testing, and personalization).
Proven experience with Google Analytics.
Understanding of online acquisition activities and their impact on Ecommerce sites.
Excellent knowledge of online performance marketing campaigns.
Experience in working with and influencing individuals and teams/functions outside of direct reporting lines.
A degree in Business or Commerce.
