Key Responsibilities:
-E-commerce always on
-Plan, execute and monitor media strategy with the media agency to hit all commercial and brand KPI's.
-Collaborate with Global, Design studio and Category Managers in order to execute creatives, local content and copy aligning the Brand tool kit.
-Plan, execute and optimize website UX/UI and results, initiate improvement and implementation of website features, collaborate with development team.
-Work closely with the agency on a day-to-day basis to ensure optimization of the campaigns both from an audience as well as creative optimization standpoint.
-Ensure delivery of agreed campaign KPIs which are in line with or exceeds industry standards.
-CRM management
-Manage Data base in order to optimize, improve and collect Data.
-Create segmentation and consumer journeys.
-Create local content for newsletters.
-Build and implement newsletter on CRM.
-Monitor and optimize CRM engagement to hit all commercial and brand KPI's.
-Implement new CRM features and capabilities
-Social media
-Execute global plan for social media while adopting local content.
-Working closely with Social media agency.
-Monitor and optimize Social media results.
-Responsibility for customer service best results
-Product launches
-Execute on Brand website, Social media and CRM, aligned with Global standard.
General:
Create and enhance cross department, Creative & Media Agency relationships that drive them to deliver exceptional performance with best effective ROI
Follow all the set protocols for approvals, documentation and budgeting in accordance with audit guidelines.
Conduct post campaign analysis and present findings
Maintain an evaluation system to evaluate all channels and properties basis their ROI / ROAS
Maintain a close watch on the financial aspects of all campaigns and programs, such as budgets, expenditures, timelines and Return-On-Investment.
KPIs:
Execution excellence in digital and social media campaigns
Campaign Optimization to increase efficiencies of delivery and best ROI/ROAS
eCom Performance Marketing KPI's (Traffic, CR, REV etc)
CRM- Open Rate, Conversions, LTV etc
Quality of audience and sell throughs
Managing vendor bills and on time payments to partners

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Understanding of the Digital & Media planning processes including benchmarking Plans, media costs, consumer segmentation, consumer journey and new media trends.
Should have working knowledge of all digital media and social media tools like GA, Double Click, Facebook ad manager, etc.
Ability to work across multiple functions with exemplary cross-functional collaboration, resourcefulness and influencing skills.
Proven track record in high level of project management, budget management and scheduling
Proficient in organizing major digital projects and integrated projects that involve multiple deliverables in various digital platforms.
Strong technical and conceptual understanding of the latest media, web and mobile technologies and solid understanding of all digital aspects
Fully bi-lingual, English and Hebrew verbal and written communications skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Post Graduate/Graduate with a minimum of 3-4 years equivalent professional experience in Digital media. Digital agency experience is a plus.
Proven experience with on-line media purchase, social media, web content and analytics platforms
