You will thrive in a high-pace, dynamic environment with frequently changing priorities, while maintaining high professional standards and strong cross-team collaboration.<br /><br />This is a full-time, on-site position (5 days a week from the office). <br /><br />About The Role<br />Perform hands-on manual testing of complex AI-driven and HW-SW integrated systems<br />Define, implement, and continuously improve QA processes, methodologies, and best practices<br />Own quality throughout the full product lifecycle, from requirements to production<br />Plan QA activities based on business and technical priorities, adapting quickly to changing needs<br />Work closely with all R&D teams<br />Identify risks, prioritize issues effectively, and ensure timely and high-quality deliveries<br />Strengthen the companys quality culture by promoting ownership, accountability, and collaboration<br />Lead the QA team technically, providing hands-on guidance and setting high standards for quality<div class="PT15"><b>Requirements: </b><br /> Your Experience & Skills<br />Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.<br />Minimum 5+ years of QA experience (mandatory)<br />2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead/Team Leader<br />Senior-level QA profile with proven technical leadership capabilities<br />Experience as a QA Tech Lead or Team Lead (preferred)<br />Strong background in manual testing of complex systems<br />Hands-on experience with at least one of the following domains:<br />AI-based or Computer Vision systems<br />Hardware- Software solutions<br />Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to distinguish between critical and non-critical tasks<br />Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities<br />Strong sense of ownership, independence, and accountability<br />A true team player, and someone who is professional, reliable, and great to work with<div class="position-intended-for-english">This position is open to all candidates.</div></div></div> http://www.alljobs.co.il/images/JobiCompanyLogo.jpg
