Required Employer Brand Writer
Job Description:
Collaborate with the Employer Brand Team to develop messaging frameworks that effectively communicate our employer brand identity.
Write engaging and persuasive copy for social media assets, including posts, videos, and graphics, to showcase our culture and workplace environment.
Assist in the creation of HR assets, such as job descriptions and website content, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and values.
Work closely with our professional groups (guilds) to produce and refine content assets including presentations, website content, and social posts.
Conduct interviews with employees and gather insights to tell authentic stories about working at our company.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in writing and storytelling and incorporate innovative ideas into content creation strategies.
Work closely with designers, marketers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and coherence in messaging across all employer brand materials.
Own a variety of content projects.
Requirements: At least two years of experience in editorial roles in English (editing, writing)
A creative and versatile writer with native level English and a passion for storytelling.
Youre comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and you can work with anyone from team members to high level executives.
Youre flexible, great with time management, and can handle challenging feedback on tight deadlines.
An early adopter, you stay up to date with tech trends and communities. Youre detail oriented, an amazing listener, curious, and fun to work with.
Previous experience in managing social media channels and creative - an advantage
Good proficiency in Hebrew (speaking/reading).
