Responsibilities
Technical owner of the sales cycle alongside the Account Executive, responsible for the technical win. The sales cycle's main responsibilities are technical scoping, demos, and carrying out POCs.
Carry out demo sessions with prospects and potential partners, including on-site sessions/events in front of crowds.
Customer-facing domain expert in charge of discovering customers' needs and unlocking the full value of product in a consultative manner.
Sales teams technical point of contact. Managing the behind-the-scenes technical orchestra (inc. Product, R&D, etc.) to secure sales team goals. Work closely with the sales team on strategies and processes to improve customer qualification, risk mitigations, objection handling, etc.
Project manager of customer engagements (such as POCs). Responsible for defining and monitoring KPIs, identifying issues, and finding creative solutions to secure the technical win.
Maintain a close feedback loop with the Product, R&D, and CS team.
Collaborate with Marketing on technical-focused initiatives and collaterals such as webinars, demos, case studies, etc.
