We are looking for a FAST Development Program-Technical Sales Engineer Track.
Your tasks as Technical Sales Engineers / Account Manager:
Building good and long-lasting customer relationships and managing all of the commercial aspects
Understands TIs commercial features and knows when and how to convert these into customer benefits to win more business
Build up a close partnership with the Field Applications Engineer (FAE) to win new business together as a team
Using technical knowledge to drive customer engagement and supports the FAE to find the right solution for the customer
Leverage market knowledge and data insights to discover business and independently develop creative ways to discover new opportunities
General system understanding to be able to identify what components can fit in a system and partner effectively with your FAE to win both unique & multisourced devices.
Developing, forecasting and monitoring a strategic long-term plan for revenue growth
Your start as a Technical Sales Representative (TSR) will be through our FAST development program:
TIs FAST (Field Applications & Sales Training) Development Program is designed to prepare Sales & Applications team members for customer-oriented careers that pair technical skills with business perspectives. The program provides experiences that help rising TIers understand how to successfully grow TIs business and to thrive throughout their entire TI career.
This 7-month experience aims to teach Technical Sales Associates (TSAs) how to build and manage customer relationships, and how to influence decisions to grow TIs revenue. The track includes three rotations*:
Rotation 1: Field Sales Office (FSO): This 3-month rotation integrates Technical Sales Associates with a local TI sales team, offering first-hand experience of TIs sales process. You will partner with customers and internal teams to uncover and win every possible customer opportunity, and also leverage our one-of-a-kind virtual account system to learn how to find, define, and win opportunities in a mix of real-time and simulated environments.
Rotation 2: Sales Operations: This 6-weeks rotation provides first-hand experience working with the pricing and customer service teams. Focus areas for this rotation include pricing models, supply chain functions, price negotiation, and an overview of pricing guidelines, laws, procedures and tools.
Rotation 3: Product Marketing: This 2-month rotation focuses on the relationship between sales and a particular product line. This rotation helps you understand product life cycles, roadmap development, marketing approaches, and ways to collaborate with product marketing to win at the customer.

We are looking for a FAST Development Program-Field Applications Engineer.
As a Field Applications Engineer you will:
Act as a technical consultant to solve design challenges with the TI portfolio to become a trusted advisor for your customers
Understand the basics of analog circuitry
op-amps
DC/DC power
data converters
sensing
Build up specific knowledge in your customers applications and relevant TI portfolio to make system level proposals to maximize TIs revenue
Create and understand block diagrams based on your customers applications (examples can be found here: EV charging, Heat Pump, Head-Up Display
Build up relationships to your customers, with focus on the engineering departments at your customers
Leverage market knowledge and data insights to discover business and independently develop creative ways to discover new opportunities.
Your start as a Field Application Engineer (FAE) will be through our FAST development program:
TIs FAST (Field Applications & Sales Training) Development Program is designed to prepare Sales & Applications team members for customer-oriented careers that pair technical skills with business perspectives. The programs goal is to provide hands-on experience in the role of a FAE while offering Training and Mentorship. During the program you will have access to different departments and you will get insights into the long-term development opportunities at TI.
The track includes two rotations:
Rotation 1, Field Sales Office (FSO), in Israel, 6 months: The FSO rotation is centered on learning how to work directly with customers to solve technical challenges, and to ultimately maximize TIs revenue by providing customers with the systems-level solutions that best address their design needs. Among other aspects, the FSO rotation focuses on analyzing technical trade-offs, understanding component selection, and solving design and cost challenges.
Rotation 2, Systems Engineering & Marketing (SEM) in Freising, Germany, 5 months: The SEM rotation provides hands-on experiences that help future FAEs understand how various TI components fit together to provide systems-level solutions for customer designs. This rotation typically focuses on technical product selection, schematic/layout capture, PCB layouts, tear downs, board bring up and validation.

We are looking for a Engineering Program Manager (EPM) Ethernet Active Electrical Cable Products.
The EPM for Ethernet AEC Products leads cross-functional execution required for development, qualification, NPI, RTM (release to manufacturing) and sustaining phase of our Labs Ethernet AEC products. This is a high-impact position that is directly responsible for successful execution of critical revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the single point of contact within our company for all matters relating to Ethernet AEC programs including ASIC (Silicon + Firmware), Software, Boards and AEC Cables.
Own the delivery of Ethernet AEC products from concept through production and lead sustaining phase activities:
Align activities across various disciplines to ensure customer needs are met
ASIC pre-silicon: architecture, RTL design, verification, physical design, packaging, tape-out
ASIC post-silicon: validation, wafer & package-level test, reliability (qual)
Board: spec, design, build qty. planning, EVT/DVT/PVT
AEC cable: spec, design, build qty. planning, EVT/DVT/PVT, customer qualification, ramp
FW release roadmap and delivery to customers, prioritization of feedback/issues
Maintain adequate technical depth and managerial skill to address program and product issues
Program planning, schedules, budgeting, risk assessment, resource planning and management, and tracking related program activities
Manage multiple parallel threads of execution while clearly identifying and tracking dependencies
Identify risks and bottlenecks and actively work on resolving them
Review, disposition and communicate changes in scope / schedule / expense
Conduct regular meetings to ensure cross-functional teams are clear on expectations and problem-solving actions are in place to address issues in a timely manner
Be the champion of your programs and maintain management and key stakeholder alignment
Actively contribute to organizational development and process improvement initiatives.

We are looking for a Senior Hardware Validation Engineer to lead validation activities in the Datacenter Systems Engineering team. You'll work closely with validation engineers, board designers, silicon characterization, and AE teams to ensure product validation and test coverage are optimal. The ideal candidate is self motivated, works well with different teams, very comfortable in a lab environment and demonstrates passion towards product level validation. What you'll be doing:
Senior Electrical Validation Engineer in the HW Qualification team.
Electrical and functional validation DC/DC regulators and power monitoring circuitry, and interfaces such as I2C, SPI, SMBUS, PCIe, and USB.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams including designers, Silicon, SW, thermal leads to debug any HW/SW product issues.

What youll be doing:
Leading optimal products testing definitions includes: HW, SW, FW, Mechanical fixtures, and cables/harnesses for customized production testing set ups.
Making pitches in front of large audience a new product testing architecture, DFT and testing method while providing justifications for the testing concept.
Responsible for product testing maximum coverage, Testing specification documents and production test flow process for each system
Working with Companys engineering team during the developing process of the product from pre-design trough the design and influence on the product design from DFT design for testability aspects.
Supporting production ramp up and scalability, lead and fast responding time for ECR/ECO implications.
Examine New Technologies, testing capabilities and their implementation for the next generation products.
Ensure testing set ups and coverage are met the DFT requirements and timetable.
Lead DFT Risk assessment and drive mitigations to reduce the risks.
Working closely with variety of teams: R&D, HW and SW, Chip design, Operations, thermal, signal integrity, FW and SW, layout, and more.
The position combines understanding of HW, SW, system manufacturing processes.
