We are looking for a Chief Of Staff to the COO.
What youll do:
Serve as a trusted advisor to the COO, providing strategic guidance and support on key initiatives
Execute strategic projects and tasks for the COO - decks, business plans, longer-term initiatives.
Set and manage the COOs goals - definition of done, milestones, deadlines, etc.
Understand the entire organization and provide timely and relevant information, insights, and recommendations to the COO.
Effectively manage the COOs time and priorities based on his goals.
Handle confidential information, write correspondence, and support the COO and teams across global time zones.
Collaborate and monitor the COOs direct reports projects, execution, and deadlines.
Efficiently manage key processes and systems, including email inbox, Notion system, and other tools, resulting in increased productivity and operational efficiency.
Serve as a key representative of the executive both inside and outside of the company.
Maintain close collaboration with other executive assistants to partner on company-wide projects and communication initiatives.
Youll be reporting to the COO.
Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Growth mindset and ability to work in high-stress environments.
Excellent communication, written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Strong presentation (deck) creation skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to help the COO navigate complex business challenges.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfort with ambiguity and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Prior experience as a management consultant is a plus.
