As A Personal Assistant you will help manage the many responsibilities of our CEO. We are looking for a proactive, independent, hard-working, fast learner who can drive execution and work in a fast-paced environment.
Role and responsibilities:
Collaborate with multiple interfaces, including the CTO, other C-level executives, management level, and highly senior industry professionals.
Participate in management meetings, take minutes during meetings and follow-up on action items.
Manage projects, both internal and external.
Research relevant topics and provide industry updates on the product landscape.
Handle complex scheduling, including conferences and teleconferences, meeting coordination, and follow-up correspondence.
Support our CEO with daily administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth, efficient day-to-day flow.
Manage travel, such as booking flights, hotels, and local transportation, and proactive schedule adjustments.
Requirements: Fast learning abilities, diligent, capable to take the initiative and perform well under pressure.
In-depth organization, prioritization, and project management skills.
Focused on efficiency, deliverables, and timelines.
High-level competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in Hebrew and English.
Experience in startups - advantage.
MBA or relevant Masters degree - knowledgeable in business, marketing, and hi-tech - advantage.
