Required Europe and Israel Sales Director
Role Overview:
The Europe/Israel Sales Director will be based in Israel and will have a multi-faceted role. On the one hand you will be responsible for defining, building and leading our growth in the European defense and civil drone market. On the other hand, you will manage the Israel team, identifying, developing and closing large deals with local Defense Integrators.
The position reports to the VP of Global Sales and is based out of company Headquarters in Shoham.
Main Responsibilities and Goals:
Expand, Grow and Manage our Israel Sales.
Carry out an in-depth Market Analysis of EU Defense & Civil Mini and Small Drones Manufacturers.
Prepare and Present a detailed Penetration Plan for Targeted EU Companies.
Implement and execute the plan towards rapid Growth in EU.
This role is on-site at our offices in Shoham, Israel.

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Cloud Security product team.
You will lead product management for our Cloud Data Security (CDS) product line. CDS provides customers with real-time threat protection, detection, investigation, response, and remediation across their unstructured data repositories such as NetApp, AWS S3, AWS FSx and more. CDS is powered by a high performance analysis cluster that is deployed into customer environments to protect on-prem and cloud data stores.
In this specific role, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and feature release process for all features related to CDS, such as threat detection capabilities, data store support integration with DevOps tooling, and setup/installation. This is a very visible and hands-on PM role where you will interact with engineering, sales, marketing, peers in product management, and most importantly, customers.
What will you do?
Define, evangelize, and maintain the strategy and vision for core agent platform features within the Cloud Data Security product.
Establish priorities for what features we should build and why.
Write requirements documents defining the customer value proposition and customer experience for specific features.
Manage the release of new products, features, and capabilities for CDS.
Coordinate documentation and go-to-market efforts associated with CDS in collaboration with the documentation, sales, and marketing teams.
Support product marketing efforts with inputs on content and marketing strategy.
Engage cross-functionally with customers, partners, sales engineers, and solution architects to collect requirements and build trust.
Develop an understanding of multiple customer profiles by speaking frequently with customers and prospects.
Assess the competitive landscape and how our stacks up against competitors.
Analyze usage trends associated with the product and features and make data-driven decisions based on the analysis.

Play a key role in product development and lifecycle management, ensuring successful product launch, improvement, and cost reduction. Leverage strong mechanical design skills to develop plastic injection parts and optimize existing products. Job Description:
* Product Engineering: Manage product releases, improvements, and cost reduction processes.
* Mechanical Design: Develop and improve parts for existing products.
* Quality Control: Measure parts, prepare dimensional reports, and conduct functional tests with detailed reports.
* 3D Modeling: Utilize SolidWorks to make changes to models and build measuring jigs and fixtures.

Required Consulting Project Management
Responsibilities:
Account Delivery Management You will support strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the customer portfolio (often as part of a steering committee) to ensure service delivery is on track and progressing as expected, or if required support and lead in addressing any issues or challenges. This activity would also include supporting with new customer opportunities in partnership with the Sales team as needed, in an effort to drive ongoing growth and success for the business and team.
Relationship Development - You will manage customer relationships across a set of assigned customer accounts, driving intentional customer conversations to nurture deeper relationships and progress opportunities. This will include collaborating across internal stakeholders for strategic alignment, risk and issues management as well as acting (as required) as a customer Executive Steerco member.
Presales and Contracting - You will partner with pursuit teams ensuring high quality in deal and contract constructs, aligning Consulting Project Managers for input to ensure that the deals being sold can be successfully delivered. You will understand customer and subcontractor obligations, review and approve original contracts and subsequent change requests, as well as acting as an escalation point should the contract not be of the required quality and structure.
Delivery Management You will oversee a Consulting Project Manager delivery team, modelling our values, coaching and caring for your team, driving delivery excellence, maturity and quality. This will include acting as DME (Delivery Management Executive) for key nominated engagements.
Portfolio Management You will oversee a broad portfolio of deliveries managed or supported by Consulting Project Managers, review portfolio health, ensuring methodologies, processes, tools and standards are consistently leveraged, intervening to course correct and remediating challenged engagements as necessary.
Monitoring and Controlling - You will establish governance rhythms over your portfolio of customer engagements, conduct Project Health Reviews and manage business Key Performance Indicators to agreed standards (e.g. ACR Consumption, Project Revenue, Billed Revenue, Gross Margin and Profitability, NPS etc), stepping in to remediate where necessary.
