We are seeking a highly driven Sales Admin Development Team Leader to oversee order automation processes and optimize business operations.
This role is critical in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales administration operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflows, and driving continuous improvement.
Please note that this is a temporary position to cover the team leader's MLA. Upon their return, the employee may continue with our company in a Project Manager role, depending on their performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales admin development team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Oversee and optimize order automation projects, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
Analyze, optimize, and integrate efficient sales administration processes and workflows.
Identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current processes, recommending and implementing improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of sales admin processes.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, generating reports and insights to inform decision-making.
Test and evaluate SAP, Salesforce, and internal applications, maintaining comprehensive test plans to ensure successful launches and smooth operations..
Provide training and support to Sales Admin employees on new systems, tools, and processes.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into the team's activities.
Requirements: 2-6 years of experience in a managerial role with a strong desire to coach, develop, and mentor a team
Bachelors Degree in Industrial Management or equivalent advantage
Proven track record of leading automation and improvement projects, demonstrating measurable success in enhancing operational efficiency
Background in consulting with a focus on process optimization, business transformation, or related areas advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency
Adaptability to changing environments and business needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
