The Databand product team is currently hiring a Product Manager to lead one of its core missions of bringing new and innovative solutions to mitigate data issues through detection, communication and resolution for data engineers.
In this role, you will lead a cross-functional product team that delivers against product metrics and drive execution of your roadmap from vision, to design, and implementation for your team in our Databand.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As Product Manager, you will:
Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and design, through MVP definition, experimentation, and KPI definition
Work with our engineers and designers, lead the process and create the best user experience for our customers
Drive roadmap and conduct competitive research
Maintain a north star metric and KPIs for your team which align with the broader portfolio business objectives and strategy
Communicate across the org to increase the adoption, usage, and impact of the teams features
Additionally, you will work closely with various stakeholders outside the product team to validate our bets and capture customer feedback from groups such as professional services, sales, customer success management, and our business partner community.
Requirements: 3+ years experience in product management or equivalent experience delivering enterprise software.
3+ years experience in wireframing, designing user flows, and building a roadmap that solves users problems.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

5+ years experience in product management or equivalent experience delivering enterprise software which includes:
Market competitive analysis and go-to-market strategy
Engaging with key product stakeholders at varying levels including customers (users, mid-level managers, and executives), product analysts, and business partners
Working with modern data management techniques (e.g. Warehouses, Lakes, Lakehouses)
Modern data engineering processes and tools (e.g. Airflow, Dbt, Spark)
Working with market-leading low code/no code ETL platforms (e.g. Datastage, Informatica, Data Factory)
Delivering value-centric outcomes using industry-leading design thinking practices (e.g. Design Thinking, Google Design Thinking)
