Job Overview The Quality Assurance Team Leader will play a major role in the MIS technology team, by leading the group to the next level, quality-wise, methodology determination, documentation, and test execution. As a Quality Assurance Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the Quality Assurance team and all aspects of software and product testing within the MIS dept. This may include developing test strategies, drawing up test documents, identifying faults, and reviewing QA reports to ensure the smooth running of the QA team and ultimately customer satisfaction. You will define the scope of testing in projects, create, maintain, manage, and enforce Test plan, perform risk analysis, and manage the QA entire lifecycle, including requirement gathering, scenario creation, case documentation, readiness review, tests execution, ongoing reporting to stakeholders, test closure, UAT, and deployment.

Contribute to the testing of wireless telecom and cloud-based 4G/5G solutions of our wireless.
The work location is at the north of Israel (Kinneret area) and involves working both internally and with test engineers across our Wireless sites. This offers an opportunity to learn and contribute to the ORAN wireless technology.
What you'll do:
Build and manage a team of 6-8 test engineers.
Yearly and quarterly capacity planning and work plans.
Growth plans for team members.
Hands-on technical management.
Push for innovative solution design and implementation.  
Budget planning.
Setup and lab management etc.
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback and implement the same in testing.
Analyze and debug logs for test simulators and systems under test during the test cycle.
Suggest improvements and changes to the product to improve customer experience.

We design, develop, validate, and release inference server and programming SDK software products to make AI deployment easy and cost/power-effective.

Responsibilities:

The Automation Engineer lead is responsible for all aspects of validation and release automation:



Leading automation activities required for releasing high-quality products to NeuReality's customers.
Tight collaboration with architects and development teams
Reviewing specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Manage, design, and develop the automation infrastructure and frameworks at the component level and end-to-end.
Help define end-to-end tests to validate complex inference servers at scale.
Provide tools to allow developers to run tests on their own.
Coaching engineers with automation test design and writing, procedures, and methodologies
Defining metrics for quality evaluation
Leading the design and development of new automatic testing approaches for various features and products developed by NeuReality
Consistently reviewing, analyzing, and improving test automation infrastructure and reports
