Required Sales Team Manager.
Recruit, train, lead and monitor a team of Business Development Managers.
Generate and follow up leads through cold calling, train clients and offer on-going customer support.
Expand, retain and manage a portfolio of client businesses.
Build strong and long term relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and revenue growth.
Participate in field activities and initiate marketing activities.
Spend a major part of the time (
80%) out of the office, promoting business development in locations around Israel.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or business development position.
Minimum 2 years’ experience of managing a team of sales people.
Strong selling and motivational skills.
Very good communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English and Hebrew a must (Russian - an advantage).
Able to work independently.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and hands-on.
Friendly and approachable with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good people management skills.
Able to work on own initiatives as well as be a good team player.
