As a Principal Engineer Tel Aviv, you will have the opportunity to build innovative products that affect our customers lives directly, act as a technical lead and mentor to a team of talented engineers, and build top-notch consumer-facing applications for millions of users using the most advanced technologies.

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Software Engineer to join our R&D team to build out our products and services to support new initiatives.

Technical Leadership: use your depth and breadth of experience to lead complex, long-term, cross-team engineering efforts. In collaboration with other functional and engineering leaders, you will help create and evolve a technical strategy for new initiatives
New Product Development: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other partners to conceptualize and design new features and products that enhance our B2C customer experience. Guide the innovation process and ensure understanding of our goals.
Architecture & Design: Architect complex distributed systems, ensuring they are efficient, maintainable, and scalable. Evaluate and select appropriate tools, and frameworks to achieve team goals, by building both client and server side applications.
Engineering Excellence: Lead by example, writing high-quality code, and providing code reviews to maintain the highest standards of software craftsmanship within the team. Promote best practices and improve software development processes.

Be a Cultural Leader: Be a role model in upholding cultural values and use them as a framework to mentor other engineers across the company to achieve their full potential. You will help set and hire against a high-engineering talent bar for the team.
