Preparation of monthly reports for management and for the authorities, preparation of audit material.
Bookkeeping tasks as part of the day to day operation of the company.
Preparation and dealing with all invoicing, payroll issues including dealing with social benefits, equity transaction and a strong command of labor regulations
Responsible for maintenance and supervision of attendance system
Annual reconciliations including National Insurance, Income Tax, Form 126, “odfot” for tax etc.
Type 3 bookkeeper and qualification from payroll course.
Experience of at least 5 years as a payroll clerk, preferably in Hi Tech, including preparation of material for audit.
Experience in calculations of accruals, recreation pay, vacation, severance and other monthly calculations.
Experience with an ERP system NetSuite is a MUST.
Command of payroll system “Hilan”.
High skills and experience with MS Office – intermediate Excel skills are required.
