We are looking for a Global Product Manager!
You will oversee the development of our cutting-edge products and work with cross-functional teams, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to achieve the organizational goals, with a specific focus on the B2C market. This role requires a leader with exceptional strategic planning skills, and a proven track record of delivering results.
Your challenge
You will manage, develop and optimize our New-Meat product assortment portfolio across strategic markets and within the FMCG industry, adapting the portfolio from idea to launch.
You will be the primary point of contact and partner in driving a diverse portfolio of activities such as handling product ideation and packaging requests from brand and sales departments.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Sales, Marcom ,etc.
As the Global Retail Product Manager, you will renovate the existing products based on consumer feedback and ensure that the right product and solution are delivered at the right cost and time.
You will have a key role in managing diverse agendas and be a knowledge resource to create a business model while analyzing competitive landscape and monitor data-driven analytics.
Requirements: 4+ years of experience in product management from a global food company, leading the retail and FMCG sector.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional interfaces.
Excellent analytical abilities, time management, and strong project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, high impact environment.
Proven ability to build, understand and consider financial scenarios (e.g. product P&Ls, market analysis, etc).
Excellent English written & verbal communication skills.
Growth mindset and Can-do attitude.
Willingness to travel abroad.
