Genesis Philanthropy Group (GPG), a private international foundation focused on developing and enhancing Jewish identity among Russian-speaking Jews worldwide, is looking to fill a full-time Office Manager/Administrative Assistant position.
Primary responsibilities include office operations as well as administrative support for GPGs Director of Global Grantmaking and Israel-based grant management team.
Manage all executive level administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and conference calls travel arrangements.
Ensure seamless office operations, including vendor office equipment maintenance as well as monitoring and ordering supplies as needed.
Field telephone calls and greet visitors
Assist in development of executive level reports and presentations for deadline-oriented projects
Coordinate internal meetings by preparing agendas and other written materials
Adeptly handle incoming communications and respond to internal requests for information on a timely basis.
Provide support and back up to fellow team members.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Perform other duties as assigned
Extensive word processing and accounting software skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required.
Ability to develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Superior attention to detail, calm under pressure, proactive and confident.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
Ability to work in a distributed, multi-office, multi-time zone and multi-lingual environment.
Flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff as well as outside partners.
Proficiency in Hebrew and English, basic knowledge of Russian.
