In the role of Solution Architect, your responsibilities will include facilitating the setup, configuration, and continuous upkeep of comprehensive suite of connectors. Leveraging your expertise across various applications, data lakes, databases, and file systems, you'll collaborate directly with customers and prospects to ascertain requirements and devise an architecture and integration plan to meet those needs. Throughout the process, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing implementation performance, providing guidance on best practices for source and target setup, and applying your analytical skills to resolve technical issues.
A key aspect of the Solution Architect position involves empowering customers to assume responsibility for installation once it's been tested and prepared for deployment in a production environment. Consequently, you should feel confident in creating educational materials and conducting training sessions to facilitate the adoption of potentially new software applications.
Furthermore, you'll be part of a collaborative environment, engaging not only with customer stakeholders but also interfacing with various internal teams, including Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Sales Engineers, Customer Support Engineers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers. As such, effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential as you address a wide array of topics and challenges.
This is a global role and thus will serve prospects, customers, and partners globally across our US and EMEA offices.
Requirements: Extensive experience in data integration and replication.
Proficiency across a wide range of databases, data warehouses, and operating systems.
Advanced SQL knowledge.
Proficiency in command-line operations, including scripting.
Advanced understanding of networking methodologies, including SSH tunneling and VPNs.
Exceptional logical and analytical abilities for problem-solving and optimization in databases, data warehouses, environments, and networking strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Resourceful, self-motivated, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines for various clients.
Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
Experience with a non-command-line scripting language such as Python.
