Responsibilities:
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and customer support teams to identify documentation needs and develop a comprehensive content strategy for product documentation.

We are looking for a Product Writer.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and implementation teams to deeply understand our products and their documentation requirements.
Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge base tool, ensuring premium documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Transform complex workflows, codes, Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), mockups, technical specifications, and integration processes into accessible, user-friendly guides.
Augment documentation with effective visuals like photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts.
Focus on UX writing, including crafting and maintaining voice, tone, and copy style guides, to ensure consistency and standardization across all technical documentation.

You will create release notes, user procedures, user scenarios, and innovate for more formats. You will create virtual environments and run automation scripts. You will peer review and write according to our controlled language and style guide. What will you do?
Plan, research, and document features in a topic-based method. Research includes collaboration with Support, Development, QA, Product Management, and other teams, with a focus on self-learning through hands-on and independent study.
Write according to our style guide and our implementation of STE to create error-free release notes and admin guides, published to multiple formats.

Responsibilities::
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Writer for a full-time position (hybrid work mode: 2 days WFH) to take on a key role of developing and maintaining a wide range of technical documentation for our cybersecurity software products. Someone who is autonomous and who is not afraid to take initiative and expand on their defined scope or role. Someone who is diligent and professional as well as highly personable and approachable with a “can-do” approach. You will join the technical documentation team which is under the umbrella the Product Management group. The product management group is close-knit and highly-collaborative and includes the Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and of course the technical documentation team. What can you expect to be doing? You will be taking on the significant role of implement working knowledge and initiating cross-functional collaborations to continuously evaluate and enhance existing documentation and applicable tools to take documentation usability to the next level. This includes the following: Working closely with the Product Managers, R&D, technical account & support managers, customer success, training teams, and other SMEs to solicit the technical information, requirements, and specifications during all phases of development and to effectively and concisely document the relevant instructions/procedures for multiple projects Preparing and maintaining multiple documentation projects as well as monitor and control project statuses Participating in product demos and review meetings. Build a new documentation framework to support Enterprise grade standards of Tier 1 banks
Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for products, including user guides, manuals, and API references.
