Responsibilities:
Play a key role in defining our developing AI strategy
Gain a deep understanding of the various our product lines, with an emphasis on incorporating AI wherever possible to unlock new business frontiers
Pioneer new developments, from both a technological and business perspective
Test emerging AI abilities, incorporating them into our existing and new services, delivering high-quality products while applying engineering best practices and standards
Oversee end-to-end development, from ideation to production, while working closely with multiple company stakeholders
Work alongside a dynamic team whose members are passionate about technology and making an impact.
Requirements: 1+ years of experience working with AI technologies (fine-tuning models, working with OpenAI technologies and frameworks like LangChain)
4+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer working in Node.js and React
Vast knowledge of design patterns, clean code practices, system design, security, and architecture skills
Experience building and maintaining a microservices architecture-based product
Experience in maintaining services in production, as well as familiarity with observability and traceability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.
Experience working in a demanding, high-traffic environment, building optimized, scalable, and secure apps
