We are looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI).
As a Product Designer, you will take ownership over the entire product
experience for one of tour products.
It will be your responsibility to transform complex customer problems into simple, intuitive and friendly user experiences for our clients and to take our product design to new heights.
You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Software Developers, and Product Analysts and other stakeholders in order to define, design and deliver extraordinary products.
Responsibilities:
Actively participate in exploring new concepts and ideas that will eventually turn into high-flying tech products that will engage and delight our clients
Partner with product managers and engineers to oversee the user-experience of a product from concept to launch
Design user workflows and experiences that are simple and intuitive
Prototype and iterate based on client and team feedback
Conduct a full design cycle, which starts from understanding product vision and user goals, assessing competitors research, creating flows and defining information architecture for a pixel-perfect UI, until supporting development
Keep track of the live product performance, along with product managers and analysts to make sure we give our users best experience with using our products
Promote a goal-oriented design process and best practices in the company

* 1-2 years of experience as a Creative/Marketing/Graphic Designer (preferably in a product / eCommerce company).
* A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and execution skills.
* Excellent knowledge of Figma.
* Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop, Illustrator.
* Strong understanding of typography and hierarchies.
* Strong design, color, and composition abilities.
* Proficient in English.
