We are hiring a creative, passionate, and driven Lead UX Designer to join our UX and Research team. As a user-centered design professional, you would help craft delightful user experiences for the leading CX Cloud Software in a fast-paced and innovative environment. As a lead member of the team, you will be the point person for UX efforts on one or more projects and facilitate planning and estimation efforts for the UX team.
you will be designing a suite of tools and technologies which facilitate and optimize the operations of a call center. Our products are used to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer service operations, by handling incoming and outgoing calls, managing customer interactions, and streamlining various call center processes.
Major responsibilities
Provide creative and innovative UX designs for complex Cloud-based applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, Technical Writers, and UX colleagues, to establish a shared understanding of the user experience.
Support and refine a product roadmap aligning with the user experience strategy.
Define and execute a user experience strategy in alignment with business and product goals.
Advocate for and educate colleagues on integrating UX into the product/software development process.
Facilitate communication across teams in different time zones, ensuring accessibility to information and resources through various communication tools.
Provide leadership and guidance on projects, offering mentorship and coaching to senior and mid-level team members (individual contributor role with leadership responsibilities).
Research, communicate, and present best practices, designs, and issues to stakeholders.
Support the Design System through pattern use and ideation.
Develop wireframes and prototypes based on customer needs and constraints.
Conceptualize, present, and execute ideas within tight deadlines.
Requirements: Degree or equivalent experience in a design-related discipline.
10+ years of UX Design experience.
4+ years as Lead UX Designer
2+ years leading multi-designer projects with responsibility for understanding work, delegating and distributing work and checking quality and alignment with UX strategy or Design guidelines.
Experience mentoring and coaching designers.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
In depth experience and knowledge of Figma, Jira, Impressive portfolio showcasing complex system designs.
Desired skills in workshop facilitation and ideation.
Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills.
Experience in user research and analysis.
