Were looking for a passionate IT Team Leader to join our us, under the leadership of the VP R&D.
As our IT Leader You will manage a team of 3 employees to provide internal and external IT support and solutions.
Lead and personally address IT issues, guide IT teams in providing seamless services and user support for our employees across global offices.
Work closely with the O365 platform such as Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Security and Compliance
Proactively address IT issues related to our 3D designing software when liaising with clients and work closely with the R&D team.
Facilitate the procurement of IT assets (hardware and software), collaborating with vendors to optimize costs and meet organizational needs.
Manage and oversee access controls for both IT and R&D applications, ensuring secure and efficient user access.
Work closely with the Azure platform, managing virtual machines, Enterprise Applications, SSO, etc. Enhance and optimize endpoint deployments to improve overall IT accessibility and user experience through Microsoft Intune
Implement processes and guidelines to ensure that IT engineers promptly address and resolve IT issues in a timely manner, maintaining optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
Implement strategies to further improve internal IT processes and infrastructure based on industry best practices.
Drive the adoption and optimization of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
Automate repetitive tasks to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual workload.
Work closely with the Chief of Security (CISO) to proactively address IT security issues.
Requirements: At least 5 years of experience working in IT operations, at least 2 years in leading multi geo-location IT organization.
Strong leadership skills to effectively coordinate and manage IT team in delivering high-quality services worldwide.
Demonstrated proficiency in Azure platform, O365 administration, and Microsoft Intune.
Proven track record of hands-on involvement in IT operations and cloud computing solutions, ensuring efficient problem resolution and user support.
Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients on IT-related issues.
Proven ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced IT environment.
Excellent project management skills and strong ability to manage priorities.
Experience in scripting languages, such as Python or PowerShell, to automate tasks.
Familiarity with enterprise applications, including Jira Software and Service desk management.
Strong familiarity with IT security standards, including ISO27001 and GDPR.
