We are looking for a Senior Marketing & Brand Designer with a visionary mind and a keen eye for design. This role is not just about creating visually stunning designs; it's about storytelling, brand development, and setting the visual tone for our go-to-market strategies. As a senior designer, you will take ownership of our marketing & branding design initiatives, ensuring that every asset reflects our commitment to innovation, quality, and the professional photography community.
Responsibilities
Own the development and creation of compelling and visually appealing designs & assets that adhere to industry standards, while also showcasing innovation and creativity for marketing materials (digital & print) including social media assets, advertisements, brochures, icons, email marketing and much more.
Collaborate across teams and departments, where you'll navigate and solve intricate challenges. Attention to detail will be key as you take ownership of your work, welcoming feedback and adjustments with openness. We value proactivity, accountability, and adaptability, encouraging you to approach each situation with readiness and a positive response.
Collaborate closely with the Web Experience Designer, to ensure a consistent visual identity and seamless integration of design elements across different media.
Define and manage guidelines for key marketing design deliverables including social media, newsletters, printable marketing collateral etc.
Create sub-branding designs that are consistent with our brand (ex. Perks Pass, Guild, Challenge etc.) and all associated collateral materials.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our marketing materials. Initiate and execute design tasks that elevate our brand accordingly.
Maintain a well-organized digital asset library, including logos, images, and design files, for easy access and retrieval.
Conduct regular brand audits to ensure consistent application of brand guidelines and maintain brand integrity.
Develop an improved design language for social channels, newsletters, paid campaigns and marketing materials.
Establish a tone and visual identity for the employer branding of the company.
Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in marketing and brand design, with a proven track record of successful brand development and go-to-market deliveries .
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, digital media, and brand storytelling.
Proficiency in design software and technologies (including Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent qualification) in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Interactive Design or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and maintain a positive attitude even under pressure.
High level of written and spoken English
Great personality and social skills
Proficiency in illustration, animation & After Effects a strong advantage
Proficiency in photography or familiarity with the photography industry - strong advantage.
