Your Day to Day:
Oversee the product development acting as the focal point for manufacturability, testability, and reliability
Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers involved in laser technology development and productization, ensuring manufacturing and testing capability ramp up to align with product requirements and roadmap
Develop and maintain, along with external vendors, an EOL test program of the product and its sub-components, optimize coverage and test cost to meet the product's cost and testability targets

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the thermal performance, reliability, and efficiency of our products. Your expertise in heat transfer, thermodynamics, and thermal simulation will be instrumental in guiding the design and optimization of thermal management solutions.
Your Day to Day:
Create and develop accurate thermal models using dedicated software (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL, etc.)
Analyse and predict thermal behaviour under various operating conditions, including power levels and environmental factors
