Required Senior Product Designer - Content On Stage
Job Description
Own a full design cycle from research to hands-on design, crafting trendy, intuitive, and accessible product experiences for millions of people, while effectively communicating and presenting complex concepts and designs
Rapidly design process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity artifacts to test hypotheses
Approach design and content holistically across its varying levels - workflow, experience, functionality, interaction, and visuals - to provide great content
Conduct extensive product research, synthesizing insights from various sources including market trends, support tickets, competitor analysis, interviews, and feedback sessions
Become an expert in product data to deeply inform and guide design work
Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, Frontend Developers, and other professionals to understand requirements and provide creative, thoughtful solutions inside and outside the team
Work alongside your Content partners - Design System, various Editor teams, Template Designers, and Visual Experts, to raise the level of the building blocks we offer our users
Advocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements.

We are looking for a Product Design Team Lead.
What youll do:
Drive and execute design vision across WSCs product suite, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Lead, mentor, and expand a team of Product Designers and Content Designers.
Establish and foster design-thinking principles throughout the organization, championing the value of product design within WSCs cross-functional teams.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, account and marketing teams to ensure our products are customer-centric, delightful, and drive significant business value.
Develop metrics for assessing design effectiveness and advocate for necessary changes based on quantitative and qualitative data.
Manage design resources efficiently, maintaining high standards while meeting project timelines and budget constraints.
Design standards: responsible for developing and maintaining design standards that ensure consistency across all products and services. This includes defining the visual design language, interaction patterns, and usability guidelines
Design execution: working closely with the product team to implement the design accordingly, and ensure the end product meets the desired user experience standards.

Establish and lead design culture initiatives, such as workshops, peer reviews, and design sprints, to ensure your team is constantly engaged, inspired, and thinking creatively.

We are looking for an excellent UX/UI Designer to join our fast-growing UX/UI team. The UX/UI team is responsible for creating engaging game experiences and concepts, as well as helping the product department develop new features in the game.
As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional user experiences for our mobile games. You will work closely with the Product Owner (PO) to understand the exact feature requirements and gather feedback to ensure the product meets user expectations. You will also collaborate with other teams to conduct user testing and improve/create user flow scenarios.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with the PO to understand feature requirements and gather feedback.
Be an integral part of user testing efforts to identify areas for improvement in the user experience.

Ideate and sketch necessary assets to support the design process.
Gather and draw final designs of screens and graphic elements, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing user interface.
Complete the UX/UI part of the Product Requirements Document (PRD), ensuring that it reflects the desired user experience.
Support the feature's full life cycle, from concept to release, by collaborating with developers, artists, and other relevant stakeholders.
Conduct UX QA to identify and resolve any usability issues or bugs that may arise.
Work closely with user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
