This role is a trusted advisor and requires the highest level integrity and relationship building.
Knowledge of compensation and benefits and HR labor law matters in unionized and non-unionized employee populations.
Strong analytical thinking skills.
Ability to lead large scale projects and implement organization changes including implementing annual cycle of HR initiatives.
Cooperative style with strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others, including without direct authority.
Creative thinker with a “Get-It-Done” results-oriented attitude and passion to accomplish meaningful HR work.
5-10 years of HR management experience of increasing responsibility, preferably in a multinational company.
Experience in chemical/industrial operations environment with a mix of union and non-union employees who work 24/7/365 in multiple and changing hourly shifts.
Deep experience and knowledge of union relations, negotiations.
Experience in sourcing, attracting, interviewing and selecting employees at all levels across the Operation from manufacturing floor worker to senior management.
Experience in long term workforce planning and suggesting and mplementing operational improvement and efficiency initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in related field, MBA an advantage.
Hebrew and English fluency (reading, writing, speaking).
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Hilan. SuccessFactors or other HR ERP an advantage.
