Required Head of Revenue Operations
What you will be doing:
You will lead our RevOps efforts and play a crucial role in driving our revenue generation process by sharing essential business insights with key revenue-driving departments. In this capacity, you will elevate our cross-functional alignment to ensure all revenue generating departments collaborate effectively, aligned on goals, metrics, and strategies that drive revenue growth. You will champion agility and responsiveness, facilitating swift adjustments in response to market shifts or customer demands, and harness technology integration and automation to streamline operations and boost efficiency. Your team will proactively identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to optimize revenue through insightful data analysis. Additionally, you will oversee the enhancement of revenue data quality and integrity, ensuring seamless operations, precise forecasting, and informed decision-making.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Work closely with all revenue-driving departments to align strategies, define shared KPIs, and maximize revenue impact.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize the revenue funnel to ensure efficient lead flow and to enhance lead-to-customer conversion rates.
Provide detailed reporting and analytics related to performance, ROI, and other key revenue metrics.
Uphold data quality standards, ensuring data relevance, accuracy, and reliability to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with finance to generate accurate revenue forecasts.
Manage and mentor RevOps team members
Develop and implement revenue strategies to drive growth and achieve financial targets.
Streamline and optimize sales processes.
Explore and develop new revenue streams, such as new pricing models, subscription services, or upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Implement strategies to maximize revenue from existing customers.
Develop detailed customer profiles to better understand needs and preferences.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
Requirements: Extensive experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, or related roles within a B2B environment, with 1 - 2 years in a management role
Strong understanding of the revenue lifecycle.
BA in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing revenue processes in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
Working knowledge of Database Management and SQL
Python - a plus
