The R&D Program Manager plays a key role in driving the successful execution and release of product versions, as well as leading cross-functional initiatives across the R&D organization.
Acting as a trusted advisor for strategic thinking and risk management, the R&D Program Manager leads high-impact strategic initiatives, fosters collaboration across teams, and ensures that R&D processes are informed by data-driven decision-making.

What youll do:
Lead and manage R&D programs involving multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and delivery timelines.
Collaborate with Development, Delivery, and Product teams to drive successful execution of program deliverables.
Define program goals, scope, and success criteria, ensuring clarity across all teams.
Develop and maintain a master program schedule, identifying key milestones and dependencies between projects.
Monitor and report on program performance, proactively managing risks, issues, and resource challenges.
Facilitate communication and alignment between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program execution.
Leverage QA experience to maintain high-quality standards and ensure continuous improvement across all projects.
Conduct regular program reviews, providing leadership with updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing program outcomes and incorporating lessons learned into future planning.
Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management within the high-tech industry, with a focus on R&D.
Background in QA, with prior experience as a QA Team Lead (an advantage)
leadership experience, preferably in managing R&D teams or projects.
Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools is essential for overseeing R&D projects from initiation to completion.
This includes planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and monitoring progress to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Strategic Thinking with risk management skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams and departments to ensure alignment and synergy.
Analytical and Problem-solving Skills with the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and address challenges effectively.
