The Cybersecurity Manager will be responsible for overseeing and securing our Acquired Companies cloud and on-premises environments by providing strategic leadership. This role involves guiding the design and implementation of secure architectures, conducting comprehensive risk and threat analyses, and ensuring robust security solutions across infrastructure and applications.
The Cybersecurity Manager will also act as the primary point of contact for security-related concerns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while responding to stakeholder needs.
What will your job look like?
As a Cybersecurity Manager, you will actively contribute to and lead the design and implementation of secure cloud and on-premises architectures throughout the entire project lifecycle (Business Development, Design, Development, and Operations). You will ensure that security solutions align with both business objectives and technical requirements.
You will maintain the organization's security posture by defining, executing, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information security practices and technologies.
You will take ownership of security design across projects and ensure the integrity of security solutions from inception to completion.
Stay current with evolving security threats, conducting research on emerging technologies, services, and protocols to support continuous security enhancements and development.
Effectively communicate security strategies, solutions, and risks to executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams in a manner that resonates with each audience.
Create and lead proof-of-concept demonstrations and present security solutions to stakeholders.
Develop, implement, and manage security policies, foundational practices, and standards to ensure ongoing protection and compliance.

Proven managerial skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate security initiatives, and ensure alignment across business and technical stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of security architectural consideration from End to End Applicative & Infrastructure security perspective.
Hand-on experience with implementing and managing security tools and solutions and automation using API/SOAR.
Experience with scripting languages, Python is preferred
Experience with Cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with Office 365 security, Gsuite or alike.
2 years of proven experience in defining security requirements, designing security architectures and security project implementation.
Experience in leading cross-domain solutions.
In-depth knowledge of information security concepts, design/architecture, and methodologies.
Proven experience with security aspects of OS-security, Database, Network, K8S, Serverless, IAM, etc
Knowledge and experience with security controls and tools such as XDR, vuln MNG, WAF, API GW, CSPM.
