About the role:
The Capital Markets Associate will be responsible for managing all external content-related activities for the organization, including the company website, presentations, social media platforms, and the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) report. The role requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills, Business orientation, creative thinking, and a keen attention to details.
Key Responsibilities:
1. External Content Management:
- Oversee the content and design of the company website, ensuring it is up to date, engaging, and aligned with the companys branding and messaging.
- Develop and manage high-quality presentations and social media content that effectively communicate the companys vision, values, and offerings.
2. Collaboration with External Vendors:
Work closely with external service providers, including presentation designers, website operators, and other content-related vendors, to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects.
3. Internal Collaboration:
Coordinate with various internal departments to gather necessary information and content for external communications, ensuring alignment across the organization.
4. ESG Report Management:
- Collect and organize data from internal departments to contribute to the companys annual ESG report.
- Collaborate with Deloitte on the writing, design, and distribution of the ESG report, ensuring it meets industry standards and reflects the company's commitment to sustainability.
5. PR and Investor Relations:
Serve as the point of contact for external PR agencies and investor relations partners, managing the flow of information and ensuring consistent and positive messaging.
Requirements: - 2-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably with a business or organizational orientation.
- High motivation, proactive mindset, and creativity.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Word.
- High-level proficiency in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken.
