We are seeking a Head of Marketing to take charge of our brand activities and strategy development. This leader will act as the gatekeeper of our brands tone & voice, and look and feel, ensuring consistency across all channels. They will bring a 360-degree perspective to campaigns, utilizing all available channels to maximize results. Additionally, this role involves cultivating both official and unofficial communities to engage users and boost brand awareness, leading our social media efforts, overseeing PR activities, and managing our creative studio, including design, video, and content teams.

Responsibilities
Manage and Lead the Brand:
Define and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Lead the creation and execution of brand campaigns
Build and nurture both official and unofficial communities to foster engagement and promote brand loyalty.
Manage the production of brand content, including design, creative, video, and written materials, ensuring all outputs are on-brand and high-quality.
Oversee social media strategy and execution, ensuring the brands presence is engaging, consistent, and aligned with overall brand strategy.
Track and analyze the performance of branding efforts, using data and feedback to make informed decisions and adjustments.
Lead PR activities to enhance the brands image and reputation, including media relations, press releases, and public statements.
Requirements: Minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience, with the last 3+ years in a leadership role such as Head of Marketing or Marketing Director.
Branding Expertise: Proven track record in brand development, brand positioning, and successful brand management in dynamic and competitive markets.
Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking abilities, with the ability to conceptualize and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
Digital Marketing Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing data, extract insights, and make informed decisions to optimize performance.
Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing marketing teams. Strong coaching and mentoring skills to drive professional growth.
