Provision, configure, and support resilient hybrid cloud deployment architectures using the automation framework
Collaborate with development teams to ensure applications are production-ready, scalable, and reliable from the outset
Manage CI/CD platform, Linux infrastructure, and collaborate with other SREs to deploy and maintain the automation framework, perform capacity planning, and create and review operational runbooks.

You will provide post sales technical support to our company End User Customers via phone, e-mail and web. Youll regularly update support cases to record progress of calls in the call tracking system and document technical solutions and product information in the knowledge base.

We are looking for a highly talented technical individual to join the Cortex XDR infrastructure team.
The team is responsible for developing automation infrastructure and various cloud based tools and platforms that are used across the research, development and QA departments to ensure the functionality, stability and quality of the XDR product, alongside the efficiency of the infrastructure and process used to build, test and deploy on various clouds and distributions. We believe that the platforms & infrastructure that the team provides are a critical & crucial part of our department's progress to the modern future and one of our key growth factors.
As a Platform engineer you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our development and automation experience by pushing forward modern automation approaches, eliminating manual efforts and introducing new development operations for continuous integration, scale & durability using advanced cloud services. Your expertise will be used in areas such as infrastructure development, cloud based automation, serverless infrastructure, automation as a service, providing technical guidance, and pushing infrastructure\configuration as a code and GitOps approach across the development departments.

This role is client-facing and requires the Principal Consultant to lead and produce deliverables based on reactive services client engagements. The Principal Consultant will work directly with multiple customers and key stakeholders (Admins, C-Suite, etc) to manage incident response engagements and provide guidance on longer term remediation.

Perform reactive incident response functions including but not limited to - host-based analysis functions through investigating Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X systems to identify Indicators of Compromise (IOCs)
Examine firewall, web, database, and other log sources to identify evidence of malicious activity
