We are a publicly traded 3D printing company specializing in innovative, large-format additive manufacturing solutions. As a Sales Development Representative ( SDR ), you will play a crucial role in the company's sales and business development efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate new sales opportunities by reaching out to potential customers and nurturing leads. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to help drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting: Conduct proactive outbound prospecting activities to identify potential customers and build a robust pipeline of leads. Utilize various channels, such as email, phone calls, social media, and networking, to engage with prospects and create interest in MASSIVit's 3D large format printing solutions.
2. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads to determine their fit with MASSIVit's products and services. Gather essential information about the prospect's needs, pain points, and budget to prioritize and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
3. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and effective communication. Work together with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and provide valuable insights for optimizing outreach efforts.
4. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals. Address customer inquiries and provide relevant information to facilitate the sales process.
5. CRM Management: Keep detailed records of prospect interactions, lead status, and progress in the company's CRM system. Provide regular reports on lead generation efforts and performance metrics to management.
6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Conduct market research to identify potential target industries and companies that could benefit from our technology.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with HubSpot or salesforce an advantage.
Experience in content writing- an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment (Native). Fluency in English a must, any other languages An advantage.
