Required Office Manager - TLV.
What will you do?
Coordinate all office operation such as kitchen supplies, office supplies, mail, parking, business cards etc.
Implement and maintain procedures.
Create and manage office budget.
Manage the incoming and outgoing travel, accommodation and visas.
Maintain relationships with the property owners, suppliers and service providers.
Address employees queries regarding office management issues.
Support HR in onboarding new employees - including ordering employees supplies, setting up desk, welcome kit etc.
Participate actively with HR in the planning and execution of companys welfare activities and events.
Handle ad hoc projects and requests as they arise.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of related experience required (HiTech - MUST).
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Detail-oriented and organized personality, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A positive, friendly and helpful attitude.
Must be able to work autonomously and be a natural self-motivator.
Negotiation skills.
