Required Talent Acquisition Specialist.
What will you do?
Lead the full lifecycle of the recruiting process and manage relationships with external partners (e.g., recruiting firms).
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements, profile the best candidates, and provide guidance on hiring practices.
Develop a talent pipeline by using creative and innovative sourcing techniques and networking.
Create and maintain an excellent candidate experience at every step of the hiring process.
Plan meetups, conferences and other initiatives that brand as a great workplace.
Maintain accurate applicant tracking and records on all candidates, which will be used to keep the hiring manager updated and involved.
Analyze data and trends and identify ways to improve our recruiting process.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a recruiter in a startup company a must.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a relevant related discipline an advantage.
Excellent sourcing skills.
Great candidate outreach and amazing interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English).
Energetic, highly motivated, innovative and professional.
Strong team player with a positive approach to work and a can-do attitude.
