Required Sales Development Representative - TLV.
What will you do:
Set up the inbound and outbound SDR department from scratch.
Generate new leads and appointments through outbound prospecting qualification of inbound leads, networking and email campaigns, targeting prospects that align well with our ideal industry profiles.
Obtain a constant flow of marketing leads and convert them into scheduled demos for Account Executives.
The SDR team will be responsible for ensuring the expansion of our client base, with both new and existing high-revenue-potential accounts.
Execute in-depth research into potential customers, gain relevant information and access to DMs within large organizations, and use out-of-the-box techniques while aiming to increase customer interest in our solutions.
Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure that qualified meetings are booked and uncover additional revenue opportunities.
Commit to results and report on an ongoing basis, while constantly improving for improvement.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience as an inbound and outbound SDR.
Proven experience in SaaS and B2B. Enterprise space an advantage.
Proven experience in setting up an SDR operation, while working with significant amounts of marketing leads, and/or bringing a significant amount of outbound calls to the sales team - an advantage.
Ability to consult with C-level executives from large organizations.
Ambition for a career in tech sales.
Excellent verbal and written English.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Must be able to work US hours.
