We are a market-leader in smart sensing solutions to the building automation industry, looking to get even better, and to change the way organizations and employees work and collaborate, offering a wide range of use cases that can fuel creativity and generate more collaboration across the business.
A principle goal for this position is to generate sales of the company platform and sign agreements with Channel Partners in the regions under your responsibility, within local and global accounts, achieving growth and hitting quarterly and annual sales targets.
What will you do?
Identify strategic business opportunities in order to generate revenue as well as maintain and expand the companys customer base through various routes.
Leverage existing and create new Channel relationships to grow account run-rates and create new opportunities.
Drive adoption of Channel agreements in strategic accounts to ensure long term relationships and maximum contract value.
Strong focus on relationship building with executive decision makers and champions.
Guide prospects through a methodical sales process including Channels Sales teams training to facilitate decisions.
Identify strategic business opportunities in order to generate revenue as well as maintain and expand the company customer base through various routes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in international B2B sales, especially in selling state-of-the-art technology products (Hardware & Software) to leading companies within various markets in APAC.
- Proven track record in building and managing Channels and/or Fortune 500 corporates.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong Can do Approach, Team Player (Did we mention Indiana Jones?).
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communications and presentations skills.
- B.sc in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science/Similar degree and MBA strong advantage.
- Experience as Presale Engineer/Customer Support/Professional Services an advantage.
- Knowledge in Computer Vision and Deep Learning algorithms an advantage.
- Experience and/or knowledge of IoT/PropTech platforms an advantage
- English Fluently (verbal and written).
- Travel as necessary to client locations (up to 50% abroad per month).
