Required Customer Success Manager.
The full life cycle of clients from the initial onboarding through ongoing retention, including:
Drive growth by identifying upgrade opportunities and generating new revenues with existing customers.
Having a deep and technical understanding of each clients business and specific needs.
Onboarding and activation of new clients via phone, online-meeting, email follow up.
Build high customer satisfaction and deep personal relationships.
Gaining client product feedback, prioritizing, and escalating to Ongage R&D.
Sharing new product releases and proactively driving adoption.
Analytics, reporting and forecasting.
Proactively setup product training sessions with clients.
Monitor client health.
Increase product usability.
Engage non responding accounts.
Requirements:
At least 3 years experience in international B2B Customer Success Management.
Experience working with sophisticated highly technical products.
Strong commercial and technical aptitude, have the ability to discuss complex technical aspects alongside commercial negotiations.
Tech savvy with great analytical skills.
Strong written, verbal and comprehension communication skills (English mother tongue level).
Excellent presentation skills.
Self-motivated.
Organized and methodological.
Multi-tasker.
Technical aptitude.
Proactive.
Ability to strive in a high activity, high transaction environment.
