Location: Herzliya
Required CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER - NORDIC REGION.
Ability to manage clients accounts on all levels: technical, business, support, and product and help them succeed in their goals.
Handle new feature releases.
Provide client feedback internally.
Provide client training and webinars.
Upsell existing clients .
Introduce new features.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as Customer Success Manager in B2B companies .
Mother tongue level English for both spoken and written communication.
Experience with the Nordic mobile advertising landscape and ecosystem
Product management sense/familiarity.
Web marketing and digital advertising experience.
Some technical background and analytical experience .
Thrives in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients and/or attend conferences (4-6 times a year).
Preferred Requirements:
Native speaker in at least one of the following languages: Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and/or Finnish.
Experience with a product/SaaS company.
SQL or coding experience.
